Our Management Team led by Mr. Emeka Anekwe is made up of experienced, young, dynamic men and women of integrity with extensive banking, management, business and administrative experiences.


MR. EMEKA ANEKWE (B.sc Marketing, MBA)-MD/CEO

He started his banking career with Allstates Trust Bank Plc in 1999 and rose to the position of Unit Head Retail Banking.
He left Allstates Trust Bank for TMC Savings and Loans Ltd as a Branch Manager where he had a successful career and
later rose to the position of the Acting Managing Director. He is the pioneer Managing Director of Maxitrust Microfinance
Bank Ltd. Mr. Emeka Anekwe is Certified MF Banker of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

CHIMA OKENWA- (BUSINESS MANAGER)

Mr. Chima Okenwa has a HND in Accounting from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana, BSC in Banking and Finance
from the University of Port Harcourt, PGDM from Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma and MBA from Enugu State University of
Science and Technology. He started his banking career with Allstates Trust Bank Plc from where he joined the services
of TMC  Savings and Ltd as a Branch Accountant. He left TMC to join the services of First Bank of Nigeria Mortgages in
2006 as an assistant branch Manager, Port Harcourt branch and later a substantive manager. He is a Certified MF Banker
of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and also a student member of Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Nigeria.

MR. UCHE, BENSON- HEAD (INTERNAL CONTROL AND AUDIT)

A graduate of Accounting from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology and MBA from Enugu State University
of Science and Technology. Mr. Uche whose banking experience spanned over 17 years started his banking career with
the New Nigerian Bank in 1994 where he held several management positions ranging from Branch Accountant,
Head of Operations, Internal Control and Audit among others before joining the services of Toki-Rainbow MFB Ltd in
2000 -2008 and GoldenChoice MFB Ltd from 2008-2010. He has been in the services of Maxitrust MFB Ltd since September
2010. He has also attended several courses and trainings.

He is a Certified MF Banker of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN.

MR. IDRIS MOHAMMED ABDULLAHI – HEAD (ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE)

Mr. Idris is an accounting graduate from Ramat Polytechnic, Maiduguri. He has diverse experience spanning over 18 years in Banking. He has handled responsibilities in Operations, Marketing, Accounts and Branch Administration and Management. His banking experience started with the Peoples’ Bank of Nigeria, Allstates Trust Bank Plc, GoldenChoice MFB Ltd among others.
He has been in the services of Maxitrust MFB Ltd since December 2010.

He is Certified Microfinance Banker of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

MRS OBATA CHIOMA - HEAD (INFO. TECHNOLOGY/CREDIT& RISK MGT)

Mrs. Obata is a graduate of Statistics from Abia State University, Uturu in 2006. Her banking career started with Spring Bank
Plc where she did her Industrial Training in 2004-2005 and as a result of her hard work and dedication to duty, her services
was retained in 2006 where she was before joining Maxitrust MFB in 2008 as Information Technology personnel. Presently,
she is the Head of Information Technology.

MRS.DARIYAI LYDIA ABENA–HEAD (ADMIN. AND PERSONNEL)

Mrs. Diriyai is a 2005 graduate of Law from the Rivers state University of Science and Technology. She was called to the
Bar in 2006. After her service, she started her working career with Nkoli Chambers (Notary Public) before joining the
services of Maxitrust in 2008.

MISS ADEGOR CYNTHIA - ACTING HEAD (OPERATION
/ S)
Miss Adegor is a 2007 graduate of Maths/Computer Science from Federal University of Technology, Owerri. after her
service in 2009 she worked with Channel Engineering Nig. Ltd. Port Harcourt as Advance Guarantee Payment(AGP) officer,
between August to Dec 2010, before joining the services of Maxitrust MFB Ltd in Dec 2010 as an Info Tech staff.
since joing the Bank, she has worked as Customer Service Officer and Teller before she rose to the position of Acting
Head of Operations.
