DR NAMENE L. LOOLO (MB, MBBS.) - CHAIRMAN 

A graduate of Nigeria’s most prestigious University, the University of Ibadan. A renowned Medical Practioner with over 22 years experience, a successful businessman, administrator and a philanthropist. He is currently the Chairman of Pearl Clinics and Maternity, one of the most modern hospitals in Rivers State.

MR. EMEKA ANEKWE (B.sc Marketing, MBA)-MD/CEO

He started his banking career with Allstates Trust Bank Plc in 1999 and rose to the position of Unit Head Retail Banking. He left Allstates Trust Bank for TMC Savings and Loans Ltd as a Branch Manager where he had a successful career and later rose to
the position of the Acting Managing Director. He is the pioneer Managing Director of Maxitrust Microfinance Bank Ltd.
Mr. Emeka Anekwe is Certified MF Banker of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

KALANNE G. KURUBO (B.sc Business Admin/Mgt) – DIRECTOR

She is a 1995 graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with specialization in Finance and Business Management. She was among the Dean’s list and Honors Roll. She is an experienced Manager and Realtor and has held several positions ranging from Manager, Realtor, and Investment Officer among others of several companies in the U.S.

PEREKEME TANTUA (B. Tech, Architecture) – DIRECTOR

He is a 1987 graduate of rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. He started his working career as
an Administrative Officer in 1991and rose through the ranks to become the Managing Director of International Property and Investment Company Limited where he is serving from 1999 to date.

ORUAMA DIEPREYE (B.sc Business Admin) – DIRECTOR

A 2006 graduate of Lagos State University (LASU). He has served in various capacities in TMC Savings and Loans Limited as Operational Head, Branch Accountant and Branch Manager before moving to Transglobal Energy Company Limited as an
Assistant Manager in 2006 to date.

OKENWA JUSTINA ONYEMAECHI (NCE, B. Ed) – DIRECTOR

She is a graduate of University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a teacher by profession who has been in the teaching line from 1998
to date.

NEBOLISA, OSITADIMMA T. (B.sc Marketing, M.Sc ) – DIRECTOR

A career banker, he is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Visa MFB ltd, Utako-Abuja. Mr. Nebolisa is a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, where he graduated with B.Sc Marketing and University of Dundee, Scotland with M.Sc in International Business in 2007. His working career started with Intercontinental Bank Plc, as an Executive Assistant in 2000,
Spring Bank PLc as a Senior Banking Officer in 2003, Ecobank Plc as an Assistant Manager in 2008 and The Poverty Mitigation Initiative Foundation, Abuja, as an MD/CEO in 2009.
