As part of our strategy to compliment government effort in poverty eradication, empowerment programs and employment generation and to improve our outreach, we are in partnership with various government agencies, Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs)
and individuals to reach out to the active poor, the under banked, small scale business owners and entrepreneurs etc in the provision of financial services, credit facilities, capacity building and other
support services. Such partnerships include:
| • River State Microfinance Agency (RIMA) |

We have been in partnership with RIMA since 2010 in the provision of capacity building and microcredit services to the active poor indigenes of River State. In 2011, Maxitrust Microfinance Bank limited disbursed over N7m to about 100 beneficiaries under the scheme with 100% recovery and remittance. It is based on our excellent recovery and remittance record that the agency allocated the highest sum of N61m for disbursement to our bank. Documentation for the first tranche of N15m has been completed while we have commenced identification and verification of beneficiaries.

| • Hon Ken Chikere Microfinance Scheme |

We are also into wholesale lending partnership with Honorable Ken Chikere, a member representing Port Harcourt Federal Constituency 1 in the House of Representatives,
for the administration, disbursement and recovery of microcredit meant for actualizing the goal of economically empowering his constituents. To date, over N3m has been disbursed, with 98% recovery rate and over 90% remittance achieved. Another tranche of N1m is being awaited.

| A wholesale lending partnership is also being negotiated between the bank and the EU/ACP States for the disbursement of EURO200, 000.00 (about N50m) in the Niger Delta region. |
